[DUPLICATE] WQ not working

Bug description: many of the named npcs i should kill to complete the World Quest dont count as objective of the quests, i put the images of 3 of them, i have many more i cant complete every day

Proof:

mouseovering the mob while the quest is selected and shown and he does not count as obj

as i said i have many more of this, for example the void in Highmountain (dont remember the exact name)

Emissary quests are bugged too, i dont see an emissary quest in 3 days, but i saw there are others topics about that

And i have no loot from the Weekly Chest, but i have another topic open and someone esle have this problem too.
