[DUPLICATE] War-torn satchel of cooperation not given if re-queue of new group happens or relog

Bug description: when you are supposed to get it after a completed dungeon of LFG, you dont get anything

Reposting for an updated scenario. As with the other conditions where you don't get the reward when you're supposed to (group quits and you queue yes to re-fill the group), it also fails if you're disconnected or re-log during the run. I was simply disconnected at the last boss and just immediately logged right back in (it only kicked me back to the character selection screen) and that caused me to not be rewarded the satchel either.

It may also happen if you exit the instance and port back in at any time during the run.
