[DUPLICATE] [Warlock][Affliction][Talent]Soul Effigy in raids update

Bug description: Starting at a certain number of players (somewhere greater than 5 because it works in dungeons ) soul effigy does not apply anymore to any kind of target (either trash mobs or boss).
Proof: I know this is a duplicate but i cannot post new info on the confirmed one.
Works in dungeons and raids, on trash and bosses if there is a low number of players in instance (5 or less).Couldn't test with 6-9 players in raid.

+1 the second raid just came out and this hasn't been fixed.
