Bug description:
Fel Imps Fel bolt deals way lower damage then what is stated in the tooltip.
At L82 the tooltip states 3187 fire damage, the actual damage is 1400.
Sadly i'm not sure what is bugged here, some possibilities are:
- The tooltip is showing the wrong numbers (doubt this)
- The Fel Imp should have Spell Damage from his own level (could not find anything about this)

Maybe someone can clarify in the reply why there is still this huge mismatch between the tooltip and the damage?
