[DUPLICATE] [Warlock] Soul Effigy doesn't spawn anything

Bug description: When I spec into Soul Effigy and use it anywhere, nothing spawns, I tried in a mythic+ group, in a raid, in orgrimmar dummies / warlock class hall attackables and nothing spawns (or if it spawns, nothing is visible)
Proof: Hard to prove nothing is visibile , but I asked several other warlocks whether they could see anything when they tried soul effigy themselves.

I'm not sure if it is significant, but I play a blood elf, and asked other blood elf warlocks to try, and they couldn't see anything either. While an undead warlock in guild claimed he could use soul effigy normally. So perhaps a class thing, or it got broken since last time he used it

edit: invited a helpful undead warlock for a duel, and he couldn't get soul effigy to work either
