[DUPLICATE] [Warlock] sac pet bug with only some ppl

Bug description: before reporting it as duplicate, pleas help me. As 1 week ago I reported a bug can't use Grimoire of Sacrifice in bg/arena, but today, i saw a warlock can use it well in bg, after that i meet him in bg again and ask him about how to use this while it was bug, he said it use as always. I tried more times but i can't use that talent in bg/arena, he also confirmed that I can't kill pet (see chat in game). Why can people still use it well while I can't? This bug happened to me some months ago, when sever apply pretest pvp scaling and i drop stuff to bank to get low ilvl for test damage, i can't use sac with low ilvl while use well in current ilvl.

I will mark this as a Duplicate for now but rest assured I will look into it deeper to figure out exactly what the cause is.
