Bug description: Everytime i cast "rampage" afterwards there is a short cd on my other spells, meaning i have to click 2-3 times before they are casted. I believe this had something to do with the animation of rampage. I remember on PTR we used to have the same issue, but it was fixed and even tho the animation wasn't finished you could cast the next spell when it was of the GCD. This really is a major bug and i am not the only who experience it.
Proof: Can be easily tested in game
