Bug description: The buff of the week 3, legion reputation makes the reputation gained increases by 100%, it means that must be double than normal. Not working. Still giving the normal 100% instead of 200%

The image is from emmisary. Gives the normal 1500 instead of 3000 (WoWHead says the normal is 1500)
