[DUPLICATE] [Workaround - bugged quest] Wisp in the Willows

There is a simple workaround for this quest.

Step 1: Kill the wisp
Step 2: Follow the path the wisp would fly - https://youtube.com/watch?v=sAPU2jTkaIY:


Step 3: Once reaching the lake location where the wisp would stop - there are some sort of white shrooms or something like that on the ground surrounding the lake (practically two white circles on the ground connected) - kill the required amount of those to complete the second objective.
Step 4: Finish the quest.
