[DUPLICATE] blood dk-s losing items

Bug description: i lost 4 items on my blood dk by now. Also few ppl from my guild lost their items only on dk-s. Recover missing item from site dont work
Proof: dont know hov. when i log in there is empty slot on my equipment. only if any1 with same problem can confirm this

It's a known issue just recover items via option on site.

Recovery tool dont work. I saw missing item after relog. And coudnt get it back afte like 20sec

Only items without bonusID can be recovered atm.
