[DUPLICATE] can't recover the trinket i dropped today

Bug description: i'm aware of the dk's bug where they can lose some items in the bag, today i dropped cradle of anguish in the heroic run an tonight it wasn't in the bag, i logged site to recover the item but it was not on the lost item not sure on what to do to have my item back

I have the same problem on my hunter. I log out and when i log in some of my items are missing. Can someone explain me why.

Sorry, only normal items can be recovered atm.

We're still investigating this issue.
