Bug description: the engineering repair bot jeeves https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=49040&&name=jeeves should act as bank as well for the engineer... it was working fine in legion but is bugged for some reason and just acts as a repair shop atm
Proof:

A rock thrown at a pole will not hit, but if one does not aim at the pole, it will hit! That is the law I used!
