Firstly, this is the MOP Server bug report.
Secondly, check your map, you have a completed quest, go complete it, you'll get a bag.

Im so sorry for making you angry. Not posting bugs often. The quest i should hand in to get the box is from Arcanist thyl. As mensioned on wow head ect. But i will post on legion. I tried finding an npc to hand in quest but cant find it under,inside or outside
