[DUPLICATE] phasing bug highmountain + hunter class hall

Bug description: i can't see anyone at highmountain, the whole highmountain is phased and i can't see npc's, also can't see npcs at class hall plust the altar for levelling up the artifact and neither the weekly chest.... this account is a my friend account that stopped playing cause of those bugs.... he basically can't continue playing. tried everything, also unstuck and reinstalling the whole world of warcraft. the bug happens even on others pcs with that account, it's the character itself that is bugged cause he can see highmountain with other accounts

Try inviting a player that can see the NPCs in a party.
You are most probably phased.

I tried that it didn't work. I even clear my wow cache and did an unstuck.

i've already tried to make a group with a gm that could've seen the npcs, nothing happened

It seems that the issue is the same like here. The post contains more infomation, where it is suspected that a quest is responsible for the phasing. If you have information about it, or know that the same quest like on the topic may have bugged you as well, please comment there and follow the topic.
