[DUPLICATE] potion of prolonged power, skaggldrynk. it's about prepot mostly

Bug description: potiones does not reset out of combat. we are also unabble to do prepot because of this.

you can see in the screen that i am out of combat and i can't use te potion.

normally you can use a potion before entering combat, if it's potion of prolonged power it will last 1 minute and then you can use it again in combat onely once more.

sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but we need it to work 100% of the time not just sometimes.

i played alot on Blizz and i know 100% that this is the way it shoud work.

i don't have enough time anymore to play on Blizz.
