Bug description: Looks like my mind blast charges goes to 1 instead of 2 at some point of the fight even though I had the legendary belt equipped. I believe that this happens cause of haste modifiers. I did more tries and every time my stack goes to 1 whenever my whisper's slow-part procs or I get out of void form.
