[DUPLICATE] yogg sarron/ stuck in the visions

Bug description: when u enter the portal to yogg saron mind and after killing the yellow npc then the door for his mind open after killling the brians u get stuck inside the vision.. it apears there should be a portal to return me to the boss from the minds eye

also 1 more thing when u die at the visions when u enter the raid again the loading screen freeze and when u alt f4 and login again u r in ogrimmer.
so u cant enter the instance again.

I can confirm the loading screen freeze if you leave and come back.

What's the worse that can happen?
