Bug description: It is impossible to do fishing in Undercity. Fishing ability just don't works - when it's used near marked bodies of "water" (Undercity green goo, whatever that is), the fishing process itself just doesn't happen as if there is no any water nearby. Therefore, fishing daily quest [Fish Head] and, probably, other fishing quests in Undercity cannot be completed.
Proof: tried several times, no result. Can make a short video for proof if needed.
