Bug description: Hi . This Trinket Aura of the Blue Dragon Need fix .

2% chance on successful spellcast to allow 100% of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting for 15 seconds is not work. Need fix

I think the trinket doesn't need fix cuz it's useless anyway.
With spirit stat removed mana regen is always 4% of your max mana no matter if combat or not.
During classic times mana reg was slower in combat so this gave you out of combat regen for 15 sec.
Also there was a difference in mana reg while casting/not casting, thats why people said this "sit down to reg mana faster".

Anyway the trinket got hotfix during mop to no longer procc for above lvl 69 chars.
