Character name: Calenara
Bug description: After getting the achievement for 12 victories, I did not get the heirloom on the 13th chest. I even opened more than 13 but still do not have the heirloom. I also have the Pit Fighter trinket in my bag I got as a reward for getting 12 victories.
Proof: In order, you can see in the screenshots that I had the achievement while a chest was spawned. Then, I looted the chest (which was empty) so no heirloom. Then finally showing I have the trinket.
