Bug description: . The bonus tick dmg 3+1 from haste scaling works and the cooldown of blooddrinker isnt reduced by haste so only channel time should be decreased from 3 sec to > value based on haste .

Tested and confirmed bug.

Screen from channel time retail:

tooltip shows 2.3s

Screen from channel time freakz with different haste values:

37% haste
Tooltip stays at 3s and you also can follow the combat log entries of 1 cast for exact 3 sec.

303% haste
Tooltip still at 3s (dmg also not correctly updated), also in the combat log it clearly shows entries for exact 3 sec.

Number of ticks increases correctly as seen in my screens, just the mentioned channeltime is bugged.
