Bug description: when an enemy with Festering Wound stacks die (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=197147&&name=festering-wound), other enemies around it are suppose to take damage from Bursting Sores

this is not simply the talent being bugged the wounds simply don't burst when the target dies which should give 3 runic power per wound + do the aoe dmg if u have the talent

Currently wounds do not burst on death . Confirmed .
