PPM based on default weap speed - NOT WITH HASTE \\\\ AURAS ... etc
((weap speed * ppm) / 60 sec) * 100 percent
in game on this moment more haste less proc chance on hit autoattack bcs server always have around 5.5-6 ppm.
for example how it should be
((3.6 weap * 6 ppm km) / 60 sec) * 100% = 36%
and when u up haste = u do more autoattacks per time and u can get more procs
now in server ppm based on weap speed with haste \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ passive \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ aura - for example
((2.25 * 6) /60) * 100 = 22.5%
more haste or BL in raid with buff + trinket proc
((1.82 *) / 60) * 100 = 18.2%
and when u up haste = u do more autoattacks per time but proc chance on hit fall down
with dual wielding same problem , but should be
((2.6 weap * 6 ppm km) / 60 sec) * 100% = 26% per each autoattacks from both hands
1. Killing Machine have 0.25 ICD , it means:
If the proc was called from any of the weapons, then within the next 0.25 seconds it can not be called again
2. If the main weapon has dealt normal or critical damage, it can trigger
3. If the left-hand weapon has dealt normal or critical damage, it can trigger
4.If the main weapon's weapon has dealt normal or critical damage, but has not triggered or missed the target, the left-hand weapon as well as normal or critical damage can can trigger
5.4.If the off weapon's weapon has dealt normal or critical damage, but has not triggered or missed the target, the main-hand weapon as well as normal or critical damage can can trigger
p/s COMBAT_LOG_EVENT \ COMBAT_LOG server fires \ spam on event UNIT_AURA \ PLAYER_AURAS_CHANGED - @apply and @refresh at same time when new aura gained, but need fires only @apply and @refresh when aura already exist (@refresh work fine at second case).
