Bug description: Soul reaper should proc off necrotic strike
Proof: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/156208781 min 12.10 he applied soul reaper, then he got a stack by pressing necrotic strike

All of these come down to a simple fact: Necrotic Strike should proc Festering Wound. all the posts you've made are because NS does not proc FW

Affects Bursting Sores, Unholy Frenzy and Soul Reaper
