Bug description: Soul Reaper should snapshot all the procs the moment it is casted on the target.
Proof: I uploaded some pictures :
In the first one I casted a Soul Reaper without procs, in the second one I casted it with Potion of Mogu Power(4000 strength), in the third I casted another one with the potion and in the forth one I cancelled my potion and the damage was counted as if I had no procs.
