[Death Knight] [Unholy] Apocalypse and Army of the Dead Ghouls Leap

Bug description: Currently Apocalypse and Army of the Dead summoned ghouls do not leap forward to a target if there's a range between them and the target. This results in greater downtime on a target especially in pvp if the ghouls get kited. This shouldn't be the issue. They should have an internal cd for leap to get into target's melee range.
Proof: click. So the thing here I cast Apocalypse, the ghouls spawn and they just deal 0 damage because they got kited till the end of the spell. Same goes for summoning Army of the Dead. If the player in pvp / boss or add gets range between the pets summoned by these two spells they should "leap" independently of DK's pet commands and have their internal cd for this ability.
Take a look at the video here. Time's 8:40-8:45. You see DK uses Apocalypse and the ghouls spawn inside monks circle. When they're out of it they leap to shaman - you can see the red trace behind them. The DK uses a glyph to change his army to skeletons or whatever so its not All Will Serve and it wasn't DK's pet "Leap" as it's still available (right bottom corner of the interface)
