[Death Knight][Unholy] March of the Damned

Character name: Jeryshu
Bug description: March of the Damned not working properly, Description skill is {When you use Death's Advance, gain some amount speed (370 in my case). The cooldown of Death's Advance is reduced to 40 seconds } now the azerite skill has two skill in this case. the first skill gain enhancements speed for a certain amount and the second skill reduces cooldown. The bug right now is my character and some ppl dk character doesn't gain that certain amount speed, but the cooldown works reduce from 45 to 40. i hope developers read this and fix it

Second link image <https://imgur.com/3HHZaz8>; it shows that I was using Deaths Advance the buff appear but the buff from March of the Damned doesn't appear

Hence my speed doesn't gain certaint amount number only gain 30% speed, which is that's the basic skill from DK
