Death Rune Changes?

Greetings,

I have noticed a change in the way Death Runes (DK mechanic) worked since last nights restart. Usually, after turning blood / unholy / frost runes into Death runes, they would stay as Death Runes for 2-4 uses before changing back. After the restart, the Death Runes can only be used one before being turned back into their original rune. Has anyone else seen this? Is this a fix? Where's the info?

I think you should submit this info on the bug forum. I will also submit another bug, whenever you use a skill, and you have runes on cooldown, i noticed a few seconds added to the runes on cd. At least when i'm tanking in blood spec.
