Deleted character item gone

Details: I am not so sure that this post fits in this part of the forum but i'll go with it anyways. I've made couple characters named kaifury and i've been sending legs to them,in order to sell those. Today i've created a mage and i wanted to delete it because it wasn't fit for me to play and i am SURE i mailed the pants and the heirlooms but i've received on my rogue(wtfchrist) only the heirlooms. I must say that i've deleted my character as soon i logged off. Could you do something in order for me to recuperate my legs?(Now there's a monk with the same name)

There is nothing to do in this situation, next time wait until you get the items then delete the char.
