Deleted character

Hello, I'm sorry if i post this thread in a wrong part of the forum but i don't know where i need to ask this question.

It has been a while since i last logged on my accout. Today after i logged in i have noticed that someone logged in and stolled some things, like gold and mats and most of the things i dont actualy need, but also that someone has deleted one of my characters, i will say the name in private, i don't want someone to create it while i'm asking for help.

Also i think ( not pointing fingers here, i just presume ) that the person that logged and deleted my char has some kind of access, higher then a regular player, as you can see in the screen shot i does not aprear the name of the character i have lost, also i dont see it in the "request to retrieve character"

Hope we can fix this.

Also blackbishop was deleted but i managed to get him back
