Bug description: Felblade should receive the 10% increase in Fury Generation from the Nighthold 2p but it doesn't. The tooltip is correct in stating that it generates 33 Fury (30 without the 2p) but the spell actually generates 30. Someone already posted it in the "Items" section, but I'm reposting it here for more visibility as it is taking away a bit of Havoc's power at the moment.
