[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] Metamorphosis & Delusions of Grandeur vs Time Dillation

WoW Freakz spell link: database not working
Bug description: This is similar to the elisande pink orbs which was already confirmed . Using Metamorphosis while under the effect of Time Dillation * Gul'Dan's DPS extra button * , will bug the cooldown of Metamorphosis , pretty much increasing it by 30% as you'll see in the video i'm about to post . Not only that , but Delusions of Grandeur , the demon hunter legendary shoulders that reduce the cooldown of said spell will stop functioning for whatever reason . If you make the mistake of using burst during that window of haste , you actually end up destroying your entire DPS potential for that pull , even though that's when your supposed to use spells like this . I don't know what's special about Metamorphosis besides the fact that it has a trait dedicated to reducing it's cooldown which might cause the issue but other than that i have no other leads to solving this problem . The other 2 demon hunter cooldowns , Chaos Blades and Nemesis do not get affected by this .

EDIT : This isn't just a DH issue . This bug affects i belive every single cooldown in the game . I tested this out with deffensive ones such as tranquility , astral shift on shaman , and incarnation on druid ( balance )
