Bug description: well i just used my Rain from above and after 4 sec died cuz of Falling,Somethings wroooooooooong i can feel it -_-

In addition to what you've said I want to note that the issue mostly happens when you get stunned and you press the spell in the very same time so you just get flopped on the ground. This issue tended to happen in Legion as well so I can indeed confirm it too.

Well at that arena noone stunned me. also if They Try to use Stun,Fear,Sheep,hex and etc, it should work like i just not being able to Use my fel bolt until coming normally on Ground.annnd another thing is when u get cc in rain from above, will being stuck like about 5 sec on ground at that phase but cant use anything

Me and Fanca managed to find a different bug which includes the PvP talent Detainment and possibly could cause the death of falling damage. I've reported that here.

However, we weren't able to reproduce this issue, every time you use Rain from Above, you land correctly.

Could you please tell me if there's more detail to how this happened, did you use any different spell before this, were you cc'd in any way? It is also possible that it happened due to a slight lag / server delay or some terrain issues at the very spot where you "landed".

i wasnt lag. No cc . nothing, i just used Rain from above and this happend to me

And was this the only time it happened or did it happen again? I'll leave this topic open for a bit since I couldn't reproduce the issue whatsoever, even in the very same arena.

after that arena i didnt loging with my dh so im not check it happened again or not . i just saw this and made a Report for Server to look into it and do something about it,btw theres a proof in screeshot that show what happened .i hope this not happen again for anyone Thankyo

Okey Lerona following ur trello about [Detainment] i saw same thing about paladins if a paladin in ur group Use [Blessing of Protection] and u use Rain from above, it will fall u on ground instantly and if u wait in last secs of Blessing of protection and use Rain from above u will get Falling damage
