[Demon Hunter][Vengeance] Soul fragments vs King Mechagon

Bug description: During King Mechagon's Phase 2 in Operation Mechagon: Workshop dungeon vengeance DH cannot generate souls properly. Lesser soul fragment shattered by using Fracture and Immolation Aura do not spawn on platform, they fly to somewhere to the texture, as their position you be random around the target. Now havin souls to consume is crucial for Vengeance as it has no chance to self heal, whit is its main mitigation, nor proc Meta from Gluttony talent, do DPS with Spirit Bomb, and so. I can't imagine doing m+ as vengeance in the future with this bug.
