Bug description: movement speed is not scaled, for example: I have 182% and if I take an item down after me and put it back, instead of it being still 182% it decreases to 161%. I have to log out to scale to 182. and in raid and dungeon when I want to change items I have to always log out to scale and this should not happen

I really wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Whenever I take one or more items off, then add them back, my movement speed scales back regularly.

Could you please try to install the addon named Deja Character Stats? With that addon, you will have your movement speed % in the character pannel. Maybe there's something wrong with the macro, or there's something else affecting the movement speed.

I tried with the addon and it's the same, if you want I'll take some more screenshots so you can see. possible it is only to my character the problem?

I did the test by going next to another player with the same speed, and after I took an item down and put it back I was left behind. sorry for my english, i use google translate

after you connect on the character try not to change the item until you check the walking speed, after that take it out and put it back and check again. try to log out if you were already logged in. if I log out and enter I return to my normal speed but if I go to the item again (it doesn't matter which of them) it decreases again.

I was able to reproduce the issue as well. The movement speed doesn't correctly scale back after equiping items, unless you relog.
