[Dingy Coins] Griftah still not buying stolen items

Bug description: The [Dingy Iron Coins] rogue feature have been bugged since.. forever. Now i just realized that the pickpocket loot table for Legion has been fixed (which is nice ), but still Griftah is not buying the stolen items ("The merchant doesn't want that item"). Could you please fix that? It's a 5 minutes bug fix that will allow us rogues to buy a lot of mogs, illusions and cosmetic items.
