Disconnect every 10-20mins (tracert included)

I have been getting disconnected every 10-20 mins for the past 3 or 4 days now. I have reset my router and all the obvious fixes. I have no connection problems except when I'm on the server. If I attempt to go to the website when I get disconnected the website is down for me too. The problem last anywhere from 15-45 seconds.

The last ip is that of your host bts telecom right?

Yes, that's the one, but everything seems fine, I have no idea why this is happening to you.
Have you changed your router or PC/Laptop before this started happening by any chance ?

No everything is still the same. I dont lag or anything before this happens. But before it started a few days ago I would have latency of around 800-1000ms that would last for about a minute then things were fine. Im stump as to what the problem could be. It may just be an issue with us residents.
