Bug description: donate items dosent improve at all

i have wait before report this but now i am sure at 1000% donate items are bugged, they dont improve as they need do, i have bought 2 piece 985 time ago and saw basically no difference ( i changed very bad gears with donate one ) than 1 day ago i said lets try with 3 more piece and see, result is same my dps is same or sometime lower than before, i di like 15 hours of test on Mechanical Dummy - Raid Dummy - Dungeons , i dont joke 15 hours...
this time have have keep my 3 old " crap " items on bag and i have compared like 70 or 80 time, dps is exactly same, so since i have spent like 200 euro or more here and around 80 on my son account i ask to the Freakz team to do something about that.

P.S.
ill say also is not about rotations or wrong talents, i play like before and stronger items ( much more stronger ) with correct stats for my class need do alot more.

All kind of items do give their respective stats and effects just fine + you need a valid report for such an issue.
