Bug description: Hi I dinated $40 on the site and I got the Squeakers mount but I haven't received it in game. I think it's been about 40 minutes since I got it. I tried closing my game completely and logging back in many times but it's still not there. I tried emailing [email protected] but haven't heard back yet.

Update: I got the Vulpine Familiar as well and that was added to my collection right away no problem. I don't know what happened with Squeakers but I paid for it so I'd really like to get it ASAP
