Donated twice for useless things due confusing text in shop, Please help

I've came across a problem when i wanted to donate for all 4 hidden artifact appearances + the colours..
Ill try to explain as good as possible but english isnt my first language.

So i donated 2 times in total to try to get this unlocked.

Then i logged in-game to find out, i bought the wrong one, cause i got 3 items in my mailbox ( 1 for each spec ) wich unlocked a completly new hidden artifact. ( A 5th one that was not even on the appearance list before )

Altough it was nice to have, this was not what i wanted to get.
I wanted all 4 appearances unlocked + the colours

So i went back to the price list and this time I bought

When i logged back in, and recieved a mail I sadly got exactly the same 3 items.

So now i've spend almost 30 euros to something i never even wanted.
I dont need a refund but i would like to have these appearances unlocked with the colours

In my opinion the text on the price list you get when buying this is really confusing

I really hope I can get those appearances and colours i want, I dont want a refund or anything just the things i tried donating twice for.

Hello. First of all, this is NOT a bug, so please don't post on bug report, I moved your topic

Secondly, there really is nothing confusing there. HIDDEN appearances are exactly what the name says, the HIDDEN appearances you don't see at all in your appearances list (the 5th row), do a google search for "hidden artifact appearances" and you will see what those mean. Also, the difference between option 1 and 2 which you goy is this: first option unlocks the 5th row and first color, second option unlocks the other 3 colors of the 5th row.
Unfortunately there is no way to donate for the OTHER, NORMAL appearances because those are bound to the class campaign quest chain.
Also, please contact [email protected] for any shop-related issues including refund, although I think you could get a refund only on the first one, not on the second one

I was aware of it not being a bug i just didnt know where to put it, but you're right that was wrong.

Okay i understand now in that case i didnt understand exactly what the shop meant by hidden artifact colors, i thought they meant the locked ones.
Thanks for your reply, it makes sense now.
Ill contact the shop to ask for a refund on the first one if thats possible
