Donation change request

HI, i have shopped some time ago on my hunter some item like weapon 416(deathwing) and trinket 391(firelands).
My request(if is possibile) is to change this item with other item for other character(the 2 pg is on same account).
Here i write the name of item and the name of character

Dannifico(original shop) > Kurosaky(change)
bow 416 (Vishanka,jaws of the earth) > mace 416 (Maw of the dragonlord)

trinket 391 (The Hungerer) > trinket 391(eye of blazing power)

I see in my account information of site the history of shop so you can control.
I don't know if i need to open ticket or something like this so i wait an answer.
I hope this change is possible,thanks.
