Hello, I did a full pve donation. I went back and read that it came with full glyphs, gems and enchants. Where do I get those from ? I only had options for what gear I wanTed, did not recall the other items being there.

Also I made a ticket about my arcane missiles not working correctly. I understand the spell may work server wide, but in my case, it shoots a missile or two, then nothing else shoots but the sound and characater action still plays. I tried learning spec and respecing but it did not fix it. The gm that assisted me just said the spell works fine over ticket response .

regarding glyphs gems enchants i think u have to make a ticket about them or talk directly to @shocker
