[Draenor][Gorgond][ Proof of Strength: Ancient Branch]

Bug description: I got the item Ancient Branch that should start the quest but it statest that the quest is not available to my race. This quest should not be limited to a race. The quest is needed for the achievement Proove your strength

Proof:
Right clicking on the item in the bag gives me the mentioned message. In the image is visible that I have the item in question and the message I get for it.

Did you change your faction/race or is it the same since you've created this char?

Nothing changed on this char - horde, goblin, lock from start.
