Ca cineva sa ii faca fix trebuie sa isi dea seama de mecanismul care produce bugul. Eu am emis o teorie (bazata pe common sense wow mechanics) in ceea ce priveste bugul si mecanica presupusa care il declanseaza.
Trebuie sa testeze cineva daca se intampla asa ca in teoria mea sau nu. Iar daca se intampla asa, faci 2-3 ps-uri cu time si combat log la dk si la druid si gata. As fi facut eu dar nu pot acum. That's all i said.

defapt este de la bosi .. deoarece la dummy/firelands/bh nu mi se intampla asta

Today i did one 10n and on zon ozz i toke debuff as tank , no1 tokes me aggro !!! i toke this shet when void was casted from boss

Odd is that the debuff targeted you but odder is that the boss is facing raid, not you. It might be a bug but very hard to reproduce it so anyone can know what leads to it.
If you shapeshift (or you are not in bear form) when the debuff is cast you might end-up with the debuff. Or if the DK (or anyone else) taunted the boss just enough to place the ball where it should be and you took back aggro right after that but you didn't even see it.

Off topic: just a little advice - use demoralizing roar.

i sad up no1 toke my aggro i move boss with face to range and when he start casting void im going back and the result is in screenshot

Or maybe the DK or Warrior taunted the boss and then after 3 seconds you got aggro back , i see in your screenshot that you have 13 seconds remaining so if the debuff started from 16 seconds the taunt from the DK or Warrior took 3 seconds and then you got aggro back so this could be one of the answers.

Or maybe somebody have engineering with + 16k absorb on belt. This enchant have a chance to taunt all mobs in the area. Read this, @Backfire ->
* Plasma Misfire! - Taunts all enemies within 40 yards.(Including boss-level mobs)
* Magnetized! - 5 second stun in addition to the shield effect.
* Reversed Shield - Increases chance to be critically hit by 100% for 10 seconds.

Interesting bug happens sometimes at Ultraxion for the players ... trying to be behind the boss.
When i used Killing Spree ... i just died. It happened to me few times already. It's random bug but it's there.

The boss takes you as being the only one in a 30 yards radius, therefore you take by yourself the whole effect of Unstable Monstrosity (wowhead link). That's why you died. This is the actual bug.
You can use KS in this fight but it's not the best move to get more dps on the boss since the tp time and the repositioning time take a few seconds of melee attacks that might be equal to the damage you do with the KS.

1.De cand morchock zboara se intampla random ca bossu sa pice sub harta ->wipe
2.Uneouri cand dai dispel la debuffu de la hagara in frost phase nu se pune slowu pe jos
3.La hagara uneori nu apar ice lance-urile Click

alteori (foarte multe ori) se ia dispel fara sa dea cineva si pune pete pe jos. Cel mai recent raid al nostru a avut 2 dispeluri si vreo 4 pete. Se intampla cand intri in Watery Entrachement.
Da, stiu ca sunt multe abilitati care pot scoate frostflake dar mi s-a intamplat chiar mie, fara dispel, fara roar, fara dash, fara shapeshift sa puna pata pe jos. Nu imi dau seama care ar fi cauza dar se intampla cam la fiecare raid. E simplu de testat ingame la orice raid. Putem face un 10n, sa stam 5 minute in faza aia cu combat log deschis si sa vedem.

La ce zice scama la pct 2. cred ca aria dome-ului (Watery Entranchment) nu e aceeasi cu aria in care se poate da dispell fara sa puna pata pe jos. Pe icy veins se spune ca "dispelling Frostflake inside the Watery Entrenchment prevents the Frostflake Snare from being created".
