[Dragonblight] WANTED: Kreug Oathbreaker - quest reward missing

Bug description: After completing the aforementioned quest, as you can see from the screenshot, the reward selection is incomplete. Instead of 4 items to choose from, it only offers one. I specifically did this quest for the leather wristband called: Glade Wanderer Bracers for a transmog, and I can only get the necklace. (I did not turn in the quest yet)

I also did the quest [Maraudon] Princess Theradras - same problem.
Quest should offer many items to choose from, yet I once again, only get one item (as seen in the screenshot). This time I was after the leather boots: Sandals of Glorious Life.
- also.. when accepting a quest on this server, I've noticed that no reward is shown whatsoever. Only when turn in does the item(s) show.
