WoW Freakz spell link: Frenzied Regeneration
Bug description: According to tooltips, it should give 30.837 heal with 60 rage, instead it gives only 19.736. Heals given with less than 60 rage is also wrong.

Conform fixingului de mai sus se ia 1.6*stamina daca nu ai vengeance.
Cred ca e gresita formula, peste tot gasind informatii de 2.5*stamina iar tooltipul ingame arata la fel.

Cand ai vengeance indeajuns de mare, functioneaza corect, fiind 2.2*(AP-Agi*2) - exact numarul din tooltip ingame.
