Bug description:
"Restoration
Increases Wrath damage by 20% and your Wrath spell causes a nearby ally to be healed for 100% of the damage done."
Wraths damage is not increased for the proper amount, it is far too low,and healing which shouldev been caused by wraths damage doesn't work also.

2563 to 3295 (+133.8% SP)

So..according to my math with my druid.. its something like this. 12649 is my "raw" spell power ( without buffs,procs etc as restoration )

2563 + (12649 / 100 * 133.8) = 19488.362

Code:

3295 + (12649 / 100 * 133.8) = 20219.362

Someone please check this since i do have a feeling this is wrong somewhere. (formula results)
Basicly Wraths damage should be higher by 20% from those SS damage or my formulas(if the results are correct)

It doesnt work for feral spec neither. I cant test for all specs because Druid trainers are bugged and you cant unlearn talents, but i dont think its working at all.

Confirmed. Guardian and Boomkin spec also.
