WoW Freakz spell link: Faerie Swarm (passive)
Bug description:

1. Lipseste Faerie Swarm (passive) din spellbook, care inlocuieste Faerie Fire cu Faerie Swarm(spell). Deci Faerie Fire inca ramane in spell book, desi daca il dai pe inamic, aplica corect debuff-ul de la Faerie Swarm.

2. Nu da slow pe target (15sec pe non player si 8 sec pe player)

3. Debuff-ul tine 5 minute pe player, ar trebui sa tina 20 secunde.

English translation: Faerie Swarm doesn't replace Faerie Fire in the spellbook, although it applies the correct debuff. It doesn't slow the target (15 sec PvE, 8 sec PvP), and the debuff should last 20 seconds in PvP.

Adding the following info:
- It doesn't prevent stealth.
- It doesn't reduce the target's armor. (Doesn't apply Weakened Armor).
