WoW Freakz spell link: lacking means to record
Bug description: on ptr 7.3.5 Balance druid is not resetting the moons from Full moon to new moon or from half moon to new moon after relogging as it did in 7.2.5 and probably as it should be normaly.
Proof: lacking means to record

Confirmed, moons should reset uppon relogging.
