[Druid] Energy while in other forms not regenerating

Bug description: Energy doesn't regenerate while in other forms (human, bear, travel form) (example: if I have 40 energy in cat form and I switch to bear form for a few seconds and then switch back to cat form, I still have 40 energy)

@5:32 he is low energy, he goes bear and travel form and at 5:37 he goes back in cat form and he has almost full energy bar
